How it works

Daily Dashboard

Your home screen tracks everything at once: net carb intake with a progress bar toward your goal, plus total fat, protein, and calories. The Carb Breakdown shows exactly how net carbs are calculated — total carbs minus fiber minus sugar alcohols. Swipe between days to review past entries, and long-press any entry to edit it.

Daily Habits & Streaks

Log four daily habits to build consistency: Exercised, Hydrated, Slept Well, and Supplements. Each shows your current streak. Hydration, sleep, and supplements track consecutive days; exercise tracks weekly streaks (hit 4 days in a 7-day period) so programs with built-in rest days still count. Small consistent choices are where behavior change actually happens.

Quick Log & AI Food Search

Tap the mic button and describe what you ate in plain language — "steak with green beans and cauliflower mash" — and the AI parses it into individual items with accurate nutrition. Prefer to search? Results include your saved foods plus a large community database, with net carbs shown prominently and decimal servings supported.

Barcode Scanner & Trusted Data

Point your camera at a product's barcode to instantly pull up nutrition from an open community database. Trust tiers keep the data honest: unverified foods show a warning, community members can verify accuracy, and admins can confirm with a green shield. If something looks off, flag it for review — that's how the whole database gets better.

Diet Profiles

Choose a preset or go fully custom:

Each food is also tagged with diet badges: K (Keto-friendly), C (Carnivore-approved), and L (Lion Diet compatible), so you can spot appropriate foods at a glance.

Weight Tracking

Monitor progress with an interactive graph and trend lines. Research shows the best signal comes from weighing once per week at the same time, so you can set an optional weekly reminder. When you log weight on the Standard diet, the app automatically recalculates your daily calorie goals.
